What Honda A1 includes

• Replace engine oil (the A): 0W-20 full synthetic on most modern Hondas. The Minder tracked how the oil was actually used - short trips, heat, load - and called the end of its life.
• Reset the oil life monitor: After the change, reset to 100 percent - hold the SEL/RESET control or use the dash menu. Skip this and the next code arrives early and wrong.
• Rotate tires (the 1): Fronts wear faster on front-wheel drive. Rotating at every oil service keeps the set wearing evenly and is the cheapest thing you can do for tire life.

A1 is the Maintenance Minder code your Honda will show more than any other. A means change the engine oil. 1 means rotate the tires. That is the entire service - two items, deliberately small.
