About ServiceSageAuto

Our Story

Built by someone with too many vehicles and not enough spreadsheets

ServiceSage Auto started as a personal tool. It grew into a product when we realized everyone managing more than one vehicle had the same problem.

Like a lot of people who end up building software tools, this started with a frustration. As an independent DIY owner with several vehicles - daily drivers, project cars, small engines, and heavy machinery - keeping up with maintenance meant juggling a dozen different resources.

You'd look up the OEM interval for your F-150's differential fluid in one place, find a parts supplier in another, try to remember what you paid last time somewhere else entirely, and then realize three months later that you completely forgot about the transfer case. Sound familiar?

What was missing wasn't another reminder app. It was one place where you could

look up the right maintenance interval

find where to actually buy the parts

- all tied to your specific vehicle. Whether that's a 2009 Corolla, a 2015 F-150, a zero-turn mower, or a diesel skid steer.

That's ServiceSage. Not an enterprise fleet platform with a 40-page onboarding doc. Not a dealership app trying to book your next service appointment. A tool built by someone who actually does the work, for people who do the same.
