B2 means two jobs are due at once: B (replace the engine oil and oil filter, plus Honda's full inspection of the brakes, steering, suspension, driveshaft boots, brake lines, fluid levels, exhaust and fuel lines) and 2 (replace the engine air filter AND the cabin, or dust and pollen, filter, and inspect the drive belt). There is no tire rotation in it - that would be a 1.
The two items are on different clocks. The B follows the oil life the Minder calculates. Honda prints no fixed normal-driving mileage for the 2 either; its manuals for the Civic, Accord and CR-V give 15,000 miles as the severe-duty figure (dusty roads for the engine filter, high-soot city air for the cabin filter). B2 appears when the filters come due on a B visit at which no rotation is due.
Most owners are used to seeing B12, so check that a B2 quote neither charges for a rotation the code did not ask for nor skips one you want - if the tires are due soon anyway, adding it is your call, not the Minder's.
B2 includes two different checks. The B inspection covers brakes, steering, suspension, boots, hoses and lines. The 2 adds a drive belt inspection, which is not on the B list. Together they give an under-hood and an under-car look at the car.
The filters are replaced rather than inspected, and Honda prints no normal-driving mileage for them - only 15,000 miles in dusty or high-soot conditions.
There is no 1 in B2, so the tires are not rotated by the Minder's request. Either the 1 was reset after a recent rotation or it is not due yet; if the tires have not been rotated in a while, ask for it, since the wheels often come off for a brake inspection anyway.
Honda's table splits the 2 by conditions. The engine air filter is replaced every 15,000 miles if you drive in dusty conditions. The dust and pollen (cabin) filter is replaced every 15,000 miles if you drive mainly in urban areas with a lot of soot in the air from industry and diesel vehicles. Neither figure is a normal-driving interval - Honda prints none - so a B2 on a car that lives on clean highways is the Minder's call, not a mileage rule.
That makes B2 a good moment to look at both filters before they are swapped. A filter that is nearly clean on a car that sees neither dust nor soot is a fair thing to question; one packed with leaves or grit is not.
The same table note says to adjust the valves during an A, B, 1, 2 or 3 service if they are noisy. A B2 is one of those visits, so a ticking engine at idle is worth mentioning to whoever has the hood open. Valve clearance itself is sub-item 4, which is not in this code.

The oil, filter and both filters in B2 are all standard DIY jobs, no harder than doing A2 with an extra oil filter. The inspection is the one piece a shop does better - a lift and trained eyes catch what a driveway check misses.
A workable split: do the oil, filter and both air filters yourself, and pay for (or ask a shop to include) the inspection once a year or at tire time - which is also a reasonable moment to add a rotation even though B2 does not call for one on its own.
